Account Executive

Our client, an industry leader in ERP software is backfilling an AE in FL or SC on their Higher Education team.  You will assume existing customers, build trusted advisor status and C level relationships, you will assume an existing pipeline of activity with several ERP deals on the forecast to close in the next 24 months.

We need an individual who can step in and work the existing account plan and territory who is very astute working in a highly politicized environment.  Ideal candidate will have experience selling too many decision makers and influencers among University Presidents, lobbyists, Governor’s and selection committees.

AE Requirement

• 7-10 years Enterprise Software sales experience – selling large, complex deals
• Consultative, Solution, Customer  Oriented, ability to expand existing relationships, up selling and cross selling new apps
• Top 10% performer, President’s Club
• Domain expertise in Higher Education strongly preferred or State and Local Government
• Experience working the political landscape, Governors, lobbyists, University Presidents and selection committees
• Enterprise applications: ERP, CRM, HCM, Mobile, BI strongly preferred
• Track Record of quota attainment in the $3M+ range
• Tenure in positions, no short stays 
• Develop Trusted Advisor status and relationships
• Degree in business preferred, MBA preferred
• Executive, board room presence (Can sit with C level and discuss strategy)
• Success oriented, disciplined and process oriented selling practices
• High Energy, Passion for “Winning” and customer satisfaction
• Location:  FL or SC
• Compensation:  ~$275k-$300k, uncapped and consistent
