Our client, a SaaS solution provider and winner of numerous product, customer service and professional services awards just had the strongest year in their 15 year history with a 46% increase in revenues in 2014. 

You will call on “Enterprise” accounts with > 100 seat+ call centers.  You will sell the entire portfolio of software – both premise and SaaS based.  The territory Northern California; San Francisco, San Mateo, Napa.  You will sell direct and through channel partners which generate ~ 60% of your business.  Ideal candidate will have a strong track record of performance, good career management or tenure in positions and a Type A – go make it happen personality.

Call Center technology can be taught – so if you have this profile and want a chance to knock it out of the park in Call Center sales – give me a call!

Ideal Candidate:

• 7-10  years Enterprise Software Sales experience
• Evangelical Sales experience
• Demonstrated Hunter, going after net new logos
• Track record of quota attainment
• Sold SaaS solutions
• Good career management, tenure in positions
• Self-starter, passionate about winning, “always on”
• Domain Expertise in the Call Center or related technology strongly preferred
• Disciplined, formal sales process; Challenger Selling, Strategic Selling Solution Selling for example
• Takes direction and coaching well
• Errors on the side of action versus inaction – Go make it Happen!
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Type A personality
• BS degree - preferred in business
• Home based office
• Travel: minimal – in territory

Compensation:  commensurate with experience,
$240k+ OTE, uncapped, stock options, Presidents Club at 100%
51 individuals attended Presidents Club this year.
