Our client, a developer of Applications software is experiencing tremendous growth.  They offer an exclusive, named account territory.  The top AE in 2013 is projected to earn $1.5M.  The Top AE in 2012 earned $1.4M.  75% of the sales team went to Club in 2012.  Company experienced < 7% turnover in the US.  They have a true “sales driven” culture and offer an uncapped plan.

Ideal Profile:

15-20 Years “Enterprise” Software Sales experience, large, complex transactions

Track Record of capturing net new business - Hunter

Track record of exceeding quota and placing in the top 10% of the sales organization, Pres Club Award

Good career management -Tenure in positions – min of 3-5 years in each position

Experienced calling on Fortune 100/500 accounts

Comfortable working in a small company – fast paced, on verge of explosive growth

Looking for uncapped earnings – with w-2 history in the $250k+ range-verifiable/documented

Territories:  Multiple territories – home based office

Locations:  San Francisco, San Jose, Philadelphia,  NJ/NY, Washington DC/MD/VA and more

Degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar, MBA preferred

Disciplined, structured, process for developing and executing a territory plan

Sell in traditional and SaaS model
