Sales Manager; SFDC alliance management

Our client, a business partner is looking for a sales person to interface with the SFDC sales organization to drive interest and demand for our client’s complimentary solution.  You will live and breathe “SFDC” initiating calls, developing compelling rationale and gaining mindshare of the sales organization to drive leads back to our clients sales organization.  You will generate interest in the SFDC sales organization and be the point person managing any potential channel conflict and other day to day business activities.


  • Requirements:


  • 5-10 years Software or services sales experience
  • Develop a “sell with” program managing a large strategic partner account
  • Aggressive hunter, results driven “doer”,  direct sales experience a must
  • Building a partner account plan to ensure coverage
  • Former “Alliance Management” experience helpful, managing channel conflict, gaining mind share, building compelling reasons why our solution over other ISV’s should warrant the AE’s attention is good
  • Domain expertise in CRM, sales enablement, sales effectiveness, sales force automation, or similar would be ideal bot not required
  • Knowledge of and comfort working with the “” sales organization strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship, networking and interpersonal skills
  • Track Record of quota attainment
  • Degreed, MBA preferred
  • Comfortable working for a dynamic, small company, operate w/ a sense of urgency
  • Home base office
  • Compensation:  commensurate with experience, OTE $150k-$160k range
