Our client, a Call Center Software provider for over 25 years, is expanding in in the Southwest region.  We are looking for a knowledgeable Sales Executive who is comfortable selling direct and working through channel partners to drive revenue.  You will be called in by channel partners and serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the software.  Travel to trade shows, events and meeting with customers approximately 5-7 days a month in the territory.

Our client has over 7000 installations worldwide, is privately held, profitable with no debt and cash in the bank.  Product implementations are easy and fast.  We are looking for someone who can work independently, as if the territory were their own franchise.  Manager is empowering and hands-off.  Virtual office.  Great, small company culture.


• 5-10 Years in Business Development / Sales of Contact Center, Call Center, CTI, Telephony software or related technology solutions
• Track Record of selling direct and through a partner channel
• Strong Channel recruitment and management within the telephony industry
• Ability to build and foster strong partner relationships with partner channel sales teams and work deals jointly. 
• Support sales efforts as the Call Center software Subject Matter Expert
• Strong track record of quota attainment in the $700k range annually
• Ability to manage a regional territory as your own franchise, work independently and remotely
• Good career management – no short stays
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong work ethic, team oriented, and dynamic presence
• Flexibility to travel in region ~5-7 days a month for on-site customer meetings or trade show/events.
• Ideal candidate will have worked with telephone industry leaders; e.g.,  Avaya, Cisco and/ or their national resellers: Carousel Industries, NACR, Presidio and smaller regional telephony resellers.
• Territory:  Southern California, CO, AZ, NM, NV, UT and HI
