Our Client, a global provider of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) software is expanding and looking for a sales professional who has 7+ year’s experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or embedded software to join the team as a subject matter expert (SME) for the region. Strong preference given to Automotive Industry experience.  Troy Michigan office.


Ideal Profile

• 7+ years Enterprise Software sales experience, Quarterback the sales process
• Domain Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management, embedded software
• Automotive Industry experience
• Track Record of quota attainment
• Top 10% performers
• Aggressive hunter comfortable working in a high activity environment
• Disciplined, formal sales process, strong planning and execution
• Challenger Sales profile – training is ideal
• Bachelor degree, with strong GPA, MBA preferred
• Strong competitive spirit, assertive, independent
• Good career management – no short stays
• Flexibility to travel in territory
• Office:  Troy Michigan

Our client has ~30,000 customers around the world.  You will be working with Account Executives in the region and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Application Lifecycle Management solutions.  Each sales person is compensated no splitting commissions.
