Our client, a SaaS solution provider and winner of numerous product, customer service and professional services awards is a Gartner, Forrester, IDC and Ovum “Leader” in their space.


Software revenues grew 60% and they are looking for a SaaS Sales Professional in MO or KS to sell their SaaS solutions direct and support their existing channel partners.


This is a back fil situation for a person being promoted.  You will inherit this territory pipeline and work alongside the outgoing AE for the next 60 days.


Ideal candidate will have a SaaS profile with CRM, Contact Center, ERP, Business Intelligence or similar “Applications” software experience.


Company has an aggressive marketing team generating demand, interest and leads!  Two reps in this region placed in the past 6 months have already closed business.



Ideal Candidate:


  • 7-10  years Enterprise Software Sales experience
  • Sold SaaS solutions
  • Evangelical Sales experience
  • Demonstrated Hunter, going after net new logos
  • Track record of quota attainment
  • Good career management, tenure in positions
  • Self-starter, passionate about winning, “always on”
  • Domain Expertise in the CRM, BI, Contact Center, Workforce Optimization, Unified Communications or related technology strongly preferred
  • Disciplined, formal sales process; Customer Centric Selling preferred.  Challenger Selling, Strategic Selling or Solution Selling as alternative
  • Errors on the side of action versus inaction – Go make it Happen!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite: Word, Outlook, Powerpoint.  Literate with Web presentation technology i.e., WebEx or similar.  Proficient in CRM, SFDC preferred.  LinkedIn user
  • Type A personality
  • BS degree - preferred in business
  • Home based office
  • Territory:  MO/KS


Compensation:  commensurate with experience,

Base Range:  $110k-$120k / $240k OTE, uncapped, Presidents Club at 100%
