Our client, a leader in Marketing Optimization, is expanding looking for a Director of Sales with experience in Direct Response Marketing – ideally in TV (DRTV) or Radio, to call on Advertising Agencies and corporations to introduce their offerings. 
If you have media buyer contacts or direct response advertising sales experience or advertising account management this might be a great place to leverage those skills and contacts to your financial advantage.  The more contacts you have the more money you make.
Top seller in the company earned over $500k last year!  Base + Commission + Benefits + uncapped

Clients include:  Time Warner, Bank of America, Jenny Craig, Expedia, Virgin, Guthy-Renker, Omaha Steaks, UBER, Frito Lay, Comcast, Media Partners, Nationwide, Dish, Consumer Cellular……
Ideal Candidate Profile Looks like this….
7-10  years  Experience selling to Media Buyers in Advertising Agencies preferably a solution like: 800 Numbers, Vanity numbers, web domains, print or other media.
Strong understanding of Direct Response Advertising - short and long form TV advertising - infomercials
Strong Rolodex of contacts in Advertising Agencies with Directors, Account Executives and media buyers
Aggressive Hunter – going out there and building a book of business where you earn a monthly commission on a percentage of revenue generated from the direct response marketing campaign usage/minutes used and software licensing fees
SaaS Contact Center services: recording, routing and reporting would be ideal but not required
Locations:  Close to major centers of Ad Agencies like: New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta preferred
Aggressive Hunter – you are free to call anywhere that is not already a customer.
Comfortable working for a small, 15 year old firm that is financially strong and on the verge of breaking out.
You will be paid an annual base salary with commissions (paid monthly) on the revenue you generate.  Think “click through”, “minutes”, “usage based services” that generate recurring revenue.  Think contact center routing, optimization of calls, and reporting software for software licensing fees.
Average sales cycle could be 1 day or 6 months depending on their advertising campaign timeline.
You will play an integral role in the Advertising Agencies success with their clients.
