~~Our client, an innovator of e-Commerce; onmi-channel merchandising and marketing solutions for Retailers is experiencing tremendous growth and is expanding their direct sales organization.  We are looking in the Midwest and NY/NJ regions for Enterprise software sales professionals to go after net new logo’s.   Top AE’s earned $700k-$1M last year.  OTE:  $300k


• 7-10  years Enterprise Software Sales, track record of quota attainment
• Hunter mentality – strong prospector, pick up the phone and make it happen
• Domain Expertise in Retail; business applications like merchandising, inventory management, e-commerce, omni-channel a strong plus
• Domain knowledge of e-Commerce for Retail (strongly preferred)
• Experience selling SaaS strongly desired
• High energy, passionate about sales and Retail
• Good career management – no short stays
• Good track record of quota attainment
• Excellent Presentation and communication skills
• Solution Selling, structured sales process
• BS degree
• Home based office
• Operate with a sense of urgency, and self-motivation
• Prefer:  NY/NJ and MN, WI, OH, MI, IL

Aggressive compensation with an OTE of $300k-$320k
