Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS provider is expanding looking for a proven, hands-on performer, to lead a small team delivering marketing programs to their growing partner channel.  We seek someone who has worked with a variety of partners; OEM, referral and VAR’s. 
You will create and execute long term and short term strategic marketing programs
You and your team will work with the partners, channel sales teams to assess, determine needs and deliver.
You and your team will develop collateral, presentations, play books and sales tools that convey the value of our clients solutions geared toward the cloud.  You will work with the Director of demand generation to develop demand generation programs.  You will direct and draft lead nurturing programs and email templates for trigger based and drip communications that advance the partner effectiveness.
You will optimize budgets and show marketing’s contribution to bookings through weekly dashboards trending campaign effectiveness.
Our client is very profitable, has seen a record 50% growth in 1Q2015 so the marketing budget is solid.

Ideal Candidate: 
15+ years B2B marketing to Channel Partners
Bachelors in Marketing or MBA
5+ years marketing leadership – leading a high performing team while remaining hands on for deliverables.
Experience marketing a SaaS solution a plus and highly valued
Expertise in campaign based marketing, event management, and demand generation programs
Thrive in a fast paced, hyper-growth mode, environment to seize the market opportunity
Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills
Execution oriented, results based, accountable and driven
Type A personality works best with this team!
Experience working with a variety of partners; OEM, referral and VAR’s
Comfortable working from home and managing a small remote team
Flexible to travel as needed
Experience with on-line campaign management systems like Marketo or Eloqua preferred
