Sales Manager      Software to Healthcare Vertical        

Our client, a custom software developer of applications for the Healthcare Vertical is expanding and adding a sales manager to set the overall strategy and plan for the sales department.

You will assume responsibility from the CEO, who is handing over ownership of the sales department to this manager, who will have potential to succeed to VP and possible CEO in the long term as the CEO would like to slowly transition to an advisor role in the company.

Our client has implemented their software in every state in the US, which is processing over 90 million patient care records within emergency room and trauma centers.

You will be the executive sponsor and point of contact with existing clients and help grow net new sales.

You will assume a national sales team, and further develop, manage and hold accountable for maximum profitability and revenue growth in adherences with company vision and goals.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2-5 Years Sales Leadership

5-10 Years Software sales experience

Domain knowledge of the HealthCare vertical in areas of Patient Records strongly desired

Experience developing and implementing the business plan and sales strategy

Drive accountability within the CRM system for accurate forecasting and reporting sales activities.

Be the Executive Sponsor with leadership in existing customers while growing the customer base and securing net new clients

Comfortable with a small company with a new age culture of mutual respect and generating consensus among teams.

Participate in marketing events and trade shows, proposals and sales activities.

Compensation in the $100k-$150K range, plus benefits and profit sharing
