Our client, an industry leader providing financial management solutions to the Life Science industry is expanding in CA and looking for an AE to work in their Redwood Shores office covering the Western Region.  Aggressive compensation plan with stock.  Must have a history of closing $1M dollar Enterprise Software transactions.

Profile:
7- 10 years Enterprise software sales professional with track record of quota attainment
Domain Expertise in ERP, Financials, or similar preferred
Experience selling large, complex deals with an average deal size of $700k-$1M
Aggressive hunter – capture net new business
Top 15% performer – track record of exceeding quota, Presidents Club highly desired
Established contacts and Experience selling Fortune 500 Life Sciences; Medical Device, Pharmaceutical companies highly desired
Solution Selling - Able to find opportunities – understand business problem and solve.  Able to map solutions to customer’s pain and issues
Looking for uncapped earnings –looking to be a part of a growing company
BS Degree – MBA preferred
Disciplined sales process
Comfortable working in a fast paced, accountable, sales driven culture
