Account Executive Enterprise Software 240k OTE + Stock Virtual
Our client, a proven, well-funded, SaaS leader on an upward trajectory is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive. You will have an exclusive territory with a business development / lead generator assigned to you.
You will hunt in your territory calling on Retailers with more than 200 locations, as well as healthcare and financial institutions as a focus, and expand the footprint in several key accounts including Best Buy, Life Time Fitness, and Helzberg Diamond
Our client has a solution that is a must have – not nice to have in a very hot market. Any Retailer who calls Gartner will be told they should be on the short list.
Looking for a Top Performer who has experience selling SaaS for a small emerging company coupled with large company experience and best practices.

Ideal Profile:
- 7-15 years Enterprise Applications Software Sales Experience
- Domain Knowledge of ERP, Financials, Analytics, IWMS, PLM, Project Management, CAD or similar
- Hunter – capturing new logos
- Direct sales experience selling to the Retail Industry
- Experience working for an early stage start up, wear many hats and roll up your sleeves
- Ability to Sell complex solutions to C level executives
- Track record of quota attainment – Top Performer
- Bachelor degree, MBA preferred
- Strong Consultative Sales skills; Challenger, Solution, TAS
- Experience selling SaaS
- Build an execute a territory plan
- Good career management, tenure in positions
- Errors on the side of action versus inaction – Go make it Happen!
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation Skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Comfortable working for a smaller, lesser known company with limited brand
- Computer literate: Microsoft, WebEx (or similar), SFDC (or similar) and Web technologies.
- Locations include: IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, PA, and parts of Canada
Candidates will be expected to pass a background check, provide 3-5 references (manager, customer and peer), and provide w-2’s to validate earnings history. Must be able to enter Canada (No DUI in the past 10 years)
